Astellia has acquired French firm Acurio to complement the company's existing skills and extend its solutions range.
The acquisition brings to Astellia Acurio's experience in developing software applications and offering services to analyze the trends and performance of mobile networks.
Acurio markets a solution that gathers results from manufacturers' OMC counters, analyzes them and generates trends. The extracted KPIs objectively and regularly inform operators and regulation authorities on the quality of observed networks.
The Acurio purchase is also expected to reduce the time-to-market for Astellia's solutions.
