Dubai office continues Epsilon's ME push

Epsilon, a provider of connectivity services to CSPs, is making another move on the Middle East, with the opening of a regional sales office.

The office in Dubai will aim to cash in on growing demand for IP Exchange (IPX) services in the region, and also provide tailored communications services to local operators.

Clint Collins, regional director of Epsilon’s Carrier Business, says the Middle East is a high growth market and the local office will enable a closer relationship with customers in the region. “Middle Eastern operators are asking for intelligent network and local access solutions that can help them to deliver guaranteed quality of services globally,” he notes.

The sales office is Epsilon’s second move in recent months to grow its presence in the Middle East. In August, it established a point-of-presence in a smart hub operated by local telco Etisalat, to handle interconnections, capacity trading, and colocation services.
