Albanian mobile operator PLUS plans to install a BSS bundle from Comverse to help support VAS offered on its soon-to-be-live network,
PLUS plans to take a unified approach to BSS convergence, handling prepaid and postpaid customers through a single channel.
Comverse Global Services will act as the systems integrator for the end-to-end rollout.
PLUS was established last June, with the goal of creating services ranging from internet and mobile voice services to multimedia, tele-text and video chat.
