PT Telekomunikasi, Orange UK tap Convergys

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has renewed and expanded its contract for Convergys' relationship management solutions.

Under the contract, Convergys will implement its Infinys Active Mediation and Infinys Rating and Billing Manager version 3.0 at the carrier, to enable it to offer its wireless customers in-demand, prepaid, bulk purchasing and bundled services to drive increased customer loyalty and revenues.

Orange UK has likewise signed an extended contract with Convergys for the latter's customer management solutions. Convergys will extend the duration of its customer service support for Orange UK mobile and broadband customers from India.
