Volubill is supplying Saudi Telecom with its CHARGE-IT Dynamic Charging Platform, which the telco will use for active mediation and rating of its new fixed-line xDSL Internet service.
Saudi Telecom says the solution provides it with seamless access to all the peripheral network and OSS systems that support a new offering.
This streamlining then gives the operator better control over the delivery and charging of xDSL services without a larger fiscal investment, and allows it to offer broadband services to home and business customers for a lower price.
