WideOpenWest (WOW!) named Christopher Sikora chief commercial officer, putting him in charge of the fiber-broadband provider’s brand, marketing, digital, sales, pricing, product and call center operations.
Sikora joins WOW! from Great Plains Communications, where he was chief revenue officer overseeing go-to-market strategy across commercial, carrier, tower, public sector and residential segments in 13 states. He previously held senior leadership roles at CenturyLink, Level 3 Communications and TW Telecom.
Sikora will report to WOW! CEO Frank van der Post, who said Sikora’s experience scaling residential fiber businesses, building commercial teams and tying those efforts to customer experience improvements makes him a fit for WOW!’s transformation plans.
In a statement, Sikora said he is focused on building strong teams and helping WOW! support businesses, families and communities with better connectivity.
