Prior to joining Amazon Ads, Denya was Senior Director of Cultural Intelligence at Paramount, where she led cross-platform audience strategy and insights initiatives that informed content development, marketing decisions, and revenue optimization. She began her career in media research, helping guide business growth through audience insights and data-informed strategy.

She holds an MBA from Fordham University. Denya serves on the national board for NAMIC, supporting initiatives that advance leadership, innovation, and equity across the media and tech industries. She actively mentors emerging talent and is committed to driving progress through strategic insight and industry collaboration.
