Sean Kelly, RCDD, CFHP

Sean Kelly, RCDD, CFHP is a 25+ year fiber cable and connectivity professional working in technical, engineering, and business roles. Before joining Light Brigade as Technical Director and Head of Marketing, he spent his career with leading fiber connectivity companies including TE Connectivity, CommScope, and Rosenberger. He has developed and presented numerous educational presentations and courses and has been involved, and held leadership roles, with numerous industry groups.

Elizabeth Lentz

Elizabeth Lentz

Elizabeth has been a member of the Corning’s Educational Programs Team for the past 4 years.  She is responsible for developing an industry focused fiber optic training strategy intended to provide an entry level pathway into the growing fiber broadband industry.  Through her work, she has a passion to educate minorities, veterans, and women on opportunities in the fiber industry.

In addition to her role at Corning, she volunteers with the Fiber Broadband Association, Dottie Rose Foundation, Corning’s Choices Program, Dress for Success, and SkillsUSA to broaden STEM awareness to the next generation of people entering the workforce.  Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s in science technology education and a master’s in online technology and instructional design.

Mr. Laird has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and a combined five years of experience in secondary and post-secondary education. He has a wealth of knowledge surrounding the broadband industry including management, construction, and training. He is currently the Director of Business Development / Training for Unitek Global Services.
