T-Mobile promises $1,000 to Seattle iPhone users if their devices beat Samsung Galaxy 4G in speed tests

T-Mobile is challenging iPhone users in the Seattle area to prove that their device, whether running on AT&T or Verizon's network, can demonstrate a faster download speed than T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy 4G in two out of three tests. If iPhone users can demonstrate this, T-Mobile will give them $1,000. The contest is valid at 10 stores between April 29 and May 1. Of course the Galaxy 4G is running on T-Mobile's HSPA+ network, while Verizon's iPhone runs on the EV-DO network and AT&T's runs on its HSPA network. Article
