FiOS finds 1 mil. in NJ, draws lawsuit in Philly

Verizon Communications said its FiOS broadband network now passes about 1 million homes in New Jersey, and that the company is looking to pass another 400,000 homes there during the next year.

Meanwhile, it was reported earlier this week that a suburban Philadelphia couple has filed a lawsuit against Verizon alleging that technicians installing the company's FiOS service in their apartment hit a utility line and started a fire that caused $58,000 in damage.
