Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) is making good on its international expansion plans with the announcement that it will launch its service in Japan this fall. However, Netflix's ambitions don't end there: The company also said it plans to offer services in Cuba--it is scheduled to be one of the first U.S. companies to expand to Cuba following the relaxation of relations between the two countries.
