The future ownership balance of Slovenia's Telekom Slovenije is in question after the government of Slovenia said that neither of the two offers that it had narrowed down to from longer list of bids was able to meet its conditions for the sale of a more than 49% stake in the telco. Those two bids came from Iceland's Skipti and from the team of Bain Capital, Axos Capital and BT.
