Mobile email firm Good Technology has acquired technology and assets from JP Mobile. JP Mobile was founded in 1995 and has operations in Dallas and Hyderabad, India, both of which will be integrated into Good's overall corporate structure. The deal gives Good access to JP Mobile's server technologies. JP Mobile also brings to Good key handheld data security technologies. No financial details of the deal were released.
