Shenzen, China-based Cellon reportedly raised $50 million in fourth round VC funding. TVG Capital Partners led the deal. Cellon is a provider of design and systems integration services for the wireless handset industry. Although the companies did not disclose any terms for the deal, Asian Venture Capital Journal claimed the total was $50 million.
