BARCELONA, Spain--Nokia here at the Mobile World Congress trade show launched a low-end Lumia phone, the 610, which will help the company expand its addressable market for Windows Phone gadgets. The 610 uses a new version of Windows Phone software, dubbed by blogs as "Tango," which will be available in April and can support devices with 256 MB of RAM, allowing Nokia to drive the price point of the device down.
