Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) is holding discussions with AT&T Mobility (NYSE:T) about the possible sale of the 700 MHz spectrum Qualcomm has been using for its failing FLO TV mobile broadcast effort, according to a Bloomberg report, which cited unnamed sources. AT&T and Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) have been reselling the service since 2007. Qualcomm has said it is exploring all options for FLO, which has been in limbo since the company confirmed in early October that it would shut down the unit.
