New MVNO Voce launched service this week via an invitation-only market trial in Los Angeles using the Cingular Wireless network. The kicker: It's targeting the the affluent 40- to 60-year-old market with voice services that require a $1,000 one-time membership fee and a $400 recurring fee each month for unlimited voice service. What's so special is that customers have access to a 24-hour concierge service of sorts for activities ranging from event and meeting planning to access to private jets and an airport welcome service. Oh, the and company even makes house calls.
